Glenn Springs

Fished Glenn Springs with Doyal Brown on Tuesday before Thanksgiving. We each caught 3 bass on crankbaits. I also caught 1 crappie and 1 warmouth. Most of the bass were small but I did have one 3 3/4 caught on an X-Rap Slasher, white.

This may have been the last trip before the New Year.

Pickwick

On the 8th and 9th, fished Pickwick with Brother-in-law, John. Did poorly both days with maybe a total of 8 fish, most dinks. Just couldn't get the fish to bite after the front.

Kentucky Lake redux

Went back to Birdsong Creek at Ky. Lake on Thursday, Nov. 1. A front had just passed through, cold winds 10-20 mph hampered us. We only caught 6 fish, none notable. Explored the creek a bit and found some new places. Shad were not as active as last week. Still plenty in the creek but bass were not active. Fished with Doyal Brown.
